Delivery and Shipping

All orders are shipped from Turkey via express delivery service from one of our shipping service providers.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order and that the preparation process has begun. In order to stay informed and informed of all the developments of your order, we will send an email with the tracking number. You can use the number to track the status of the shipment by logging into your account or clicking on the tracking number provided in the email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@kstana.com or chat online with our customer service representative in Arabic or English, seven days a week from seven in the morning until three in the afternoon, Turkish time.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as 7 – 14 working days. Please be aware that in some cases they are delivered longer due to the need for custom manufacturing.

One of our shipping service providers will deliver the order directly to the door of your home or business during the usual working hours and days in your country. You can also collect the order from the nearest office of one of our shipping service providers. All you have to do is make sure you have the tracking number for your shipment.

In most cases, one of our shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a shipment delivery. If you are not available at the time of shipment delivery,

Leave a card that includes the date you can receive the shipment, or you can arrange another date for re-delivery.

 

Delivery Charge

The shipping price for the order depends on the weight of the selected products

The delivery fee covers domestic delivery and international shipping costs from our warehouse in Turkey.
